Throughout the entire process, I will guide you toward your running goal. As a committed and enthusiastic coach, I am always available for questions and feedback. We will be in regular contact to discuss your progress, adjust training sessions, and modify the schedule as needed. This ensures your progress remains the central focus.
In addition, you will receive practical tips on nutrition, clothing, training planning, motivation, and developing a positive mindset. Everything to help you train towards your goal with confidence, enjoyment, and results.

Especially for these trips, I offer a personalized four-month program.
You receive personal coaching, and I create an individual training schedule for you, tailored to your level and goals. There is a check-in every two weeks, during which your training plan is adjusted based on your progress, wishes, and daily life.
